iOS 6 : here is the latest concept in a beautiful all- Video
Frederick White, a reader about a year ago he developed a concept dedicated to iPhone OS 5 , has again sent one of his creations this time dedicated to iPhone OS 6. A few days of the opening of the WWDC 2012, this video might make you dream that you would like to see some of the innovations implemented in the next system update.
It starts with a complete redesign of some system applications that have been standardized in terms of graphic counterparts and OS X for iPad Mountain Lion, leaving unchanged their simplicity and functionality. Among these we find Contacts, Calendar, Video.
Although the application has been made ??more music like the iPad version , making it even easier and more functional, aesthetically as well as more polished than the current IOS version 5. Together with the new look and feel for music, IOS 6 also introduces a new widget in the Notifications Center that lets you control the music playing.
Safari has finally been improved by introducing support for downloading files ofany type, from images to Zip archives. All with the usual simplicity offered by IOS. The current download will also be displayed in the Notifications Center and the iPhone will send an alert tone when the transfers are completed. From Settings you can choose whether to display the widget in the Notifications Center dedicated to the music or the one dedicated to Safari.
A novelty of IOS 6 designed by Frederick concerns’ application “shelf” . This icon-folder will collect all files downloaded via Safari, the PDF files to a format that have not spread, so that will be accomplished from home. With a touch you can open individual files with the best-compatible application, while a longer touch you can manually choose which software to use. The files can also be shared, deleted or printed using AirPrint.
It was also improved with the introduction of Centre Notifications “ Settings Rapide ”, a section, accessible by a lateral shift to the left (as in the Home to access to Spotlight), in which are collected a few practical toggle (very similar to those of SBSettings, for those familiar with this tweak dedicated to the jailbroken iPhone) that will allow you to activate, deactivate and adjust some system functionality of the iPhone, such as the use of Siri, the WiFi, 3G connection, etc.. It is also a button that allows you to close all open applications in the background with a single touch. You can also adjust the volume level and the brightness of the display.
But there is a “One More Thing …” and it’s Mission Control ! After being introduced with Mac OS X Lion, the Mission Control arrives on the iPhone OS 6 and revolutionizes the original multitasking iOS 4 (almost unchanged in iOS 5). To call Mission Control on the iPhone just hit the home button twice, exactly how to turn the current multitasking.Applications can be browsed through open and closed with a touch long and the pressure of the “X” that appears in the upper left corner. To return to the home just press the Home button or press a blank spot on the background screen.
After the dutiful compliments to Frederick for his work, we ask you: if you like these were really new in iPhone OS 6? What further’d better? Let us know in the comments.
