Fix Activation Required – SIM FAILURE - I purchased Iphone 4s 4 months ago, i got the “SIM FAILURE” problem, after a while i installed IOS 5.1 betta 3, that solve my sim failure issue.

Last week Mar. the 14th  i got the message “ACTIVATION REQUIRED” and i got the specific message that my Iphone is not registered as developer program.
I can’t activate my Iphone via Itunes or in any way with no success
